We're asking for your help to change conversations about mental health in our community.

These aren't just mental health conversations-- these are conversations about our identity, our friends and our families.There is mental health in all things, and without it, we leave individual and community potential on the table. In our society, with our challenges, our strengths must operate optimally. Our heads and hearts have to be all in, unfettered by mental illness, unhealed traumas, and unexplored internal restrictions.

Ourselves Black is dedicated to destigmatizing mental health by telling our stories boldly and authentically. But we can't do it alone. Contribute and be part of a mission to change conversations about mental health in our community.
